Rain the Growth Agency Sees Two Major Promotions Within its Technology and Digital Groups
PORTLAND, OREGON—Rain the Growth Agency, the leading direct-to-consumer advertising agency, is proud to announce two major promotions within the company. Rian Schmidt has been promoted to Chief Technology Officer, while Jennifer Eenigenburg has been appointed to Vice President of Digital Media. Both promotions show the agency’s dedication to furthering its growth in the two areas named while celebrating Schmidt and Eenigenburg’s stellar accomplishments.

Schmidt brings over two decades of experience driving strategy, process, and culture, with hands-on coding and infrastructure architecture skills. He leads all technology initiatives across the agency’s portfolio of companies, providing leadership and direction. Rian’s goal is to maximize the agency’s use of technology to meet clients’ current and future needs and opportunities. He also oversees the development of Tracker, a web-based application that will offer planning, buying, measurement and optimization tools for advertisers.
Eenigenburg supervises the digital team to develop and implement impactful strategies for Rain the Growth Agency’s clients. She has increased the agency’s expertise in digital video media to ensure the agency is offering its clients the latest innovations in connected TV (CTV), over-the-top (OTT) and other video channels. Eenigenburg has also built a growing programmatic media practice and expanded the agency offerings in paid social, paid search, native, display and retargeting.
